We want you to be happy with your order from Unfounded Studios. If something is not right, please read the policy below and contact us so we can help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to let us know that you would like to return an item.

Once you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging where possible
  • Free from marks, odours, damage or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed. Unfounded Studios cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of receiving proof that the item has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Any additional delivery costs, such as express or premium delivery, may not be refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer automatic exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our website.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue where possible.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights. This may include a refund, replacement or repair, depending on the circumstances.

Where the return is due to our error or a fault with the item, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, used or worn, unless they are faulty. This may include underwear, socks, swimwear or similar items.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable.

Sale items

Sale items can be returned in the same way as full-price items, provided they meet the return conditions above.
